About Us

Our Mission

We specialise in using Ancient Chinese art of Tui Na and advance medical massage techniques to heal pain, chronic pain and injuries. Numerous volumes of texts have documented the arts and techniques of massage in China and they are integrated with acupuncture, acupuncture points, meridians and acupressure.

Our Journey

Tui Na is often used in conjunction with acupuncture, moxibustion, cuppings and acupuncture points. It is a hands-on treatment that uses the eight principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to bring Yin and Yang to equilibrium. With over 5000 years of history in China, Tui Na is a form of massage that uses the hand, fist, knuckle, palm, elbow, fingers, finger joints, knees and other instruments to clear blockages and stagnation.

Our History

In China, many hospitals include Tui Na as part of the treatment for TCM. "Tui" means push in Chinese, which refers to pushing the blood, Qi and fibre of muscles. It also stimulates the lymphatic system, help with lymphatic drainage and pushes inflammation area to reduce swelling. "Na" means to grab or pull in Chinese, which refers to grabbing the muscles or joints to apply manipulation. Tui Na is good for syndromes, both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitations and injuries for all sorts of sports medicine.
